Horses have an amazing way of holding a mirror up to our innermost being. Through working with horses we learn what it truly means to fully inhabit our hearts and bodies and be in the present moment. They teach confidence, softness, bravery, and what it means to be in right respectful relationship. Work through trauma in the body, develop leadership skills, practice being in deeper intimacy.

Ideal for individuals, couples, and groups. Most of our work takes place on the ground, but occasional on-the-horse processes happen too. Sessions take place at Galisteo Creek Stables in Cerrillos, NM.

Price: sliding-scale $60-$100. We will be starting to accept insurance August, 2024.
